1. Where is my order?

After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-2 business days to process your order and 5-7 business days for delivery, provided that you placed your order before 10:00 PM (AEST). If these days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. Please note that it may take some time before your Track & Trace link becomes active.

3. How can I track my order?

You can track your order usinge Track & Trace number sent to your email. Simply enter the tracking number on our Track & Trace page to check your delivery status.

4. I'm not satisfied with my order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item. Please visit our Return Policy page for instructions on how to return your order.
