Return Eligibility Period

Customers in Australia have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange their order without the need for a specific reason.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Would you like to exchange or return a product? You can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Contact us first: Always first send an email to support@audysis.com.
  3. Subject line format: Use the subject line: Return [order number] + [name].
  4. Email content: In the email, state your contact details and the reason for the return or exchange.
  5. Important: You must contact us before submitting a return, as the return address varies depending on the origin of your order.
  6. Response time: We are happy to help you within 24 hours.
  7. Approval & Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will send return guidelines and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping and Packaging

  • Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including any labels or tags.
  • Include the return authorization form along with any required documents or images.
  • Print and attach the return label provided in our email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: No cost to the customer if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit.
  • Change of Mind Returns: The customer covers the return shipping fee when returning an item due to a preference change, wrong selection, or sizing issue.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

  • Unwanted Items: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, notify our customer service team immediately. Audysis will arrange for return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours for assessment. If necessary, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Wrong Product Sent: If you receive the wrong item, contact us, and we will coordinate the return and send the correct product.
  • Undelivered Orders: If your package does not arrive, reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with Australia Post. If unresolved, a refund or replacement will be offered.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping. If already dispatched, the return process applies upon receipt.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

Report damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt. Provide images for verification. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Returns for Unused Products

Items returned due to a change of mind must be unused and in original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
